Terms and conditions:
During the Rental guarantee period Eden Island will cover the following costs:
  • The Seychelles tax on your rental income during the 3 year period
  • Levies of $4.15 per internal square meter payable monthly
  • The mooring maintenance fee of $70.00 per month
  • Water and electricity costs
  • The residency application fee of SCR150 000 (approximately 11,000 USD) for one family – the purchaser needs to complete the application procedure.
During the rental guarantee period, the purchaser will be liable for the following costs:
  • An initial once off payment of $210.00 for the mooring maintenance fee
  • Any maintenance costs for the Apartment
  • Any special levies and/or increases imposed by the Village Management Association and/or the Management Corporation
