Air Seychelles will launch a new service to Chennai India as of the 1st of November 2010. Formerly known as Madras, Chennai is the largest city in Tamil Nadu and is located on the southeastern coast of India. Hailed as the liveliest city in Southern India, Chennai has its own unique charm, which sets it apart from the rest.
Dubbed the cultural capital of India, Chennai exudes a vibrant and appealing mix of and rich culture and traditions and as such is a treasure trove of tourist attractions.
The service will run on the Singapore route and will be operated by a B767 200 aircraft as follows:
Seychelles-Chennai / Monday: Dep: 19 40 Arr: 01 45 (+1)
Chennai-Singapore /Tuesday: Dep: 02 30 Arr: 09 00
Singapore-Chennai /Wednesday: Dep: 19 15 Arr: 20 40
Chennai- Seychelles /Wednesday: Dep: 21 30 Arr: 00 25
