The Eden Island Villas are of course something special. Designed to reflect the rest of Eden Island as well as the architecture of the Seychelles, it is also so much more. Private and individual, the Villas range between 2 and 6 bedrooms, on plots ranging from 600m² to as much as 3000m². The actual Villas range between 250m² and 600m², with stunningly big verandas, inviting the exotic landscaping and immaculate views inside.

As you would expect, everything here is designed with panache and style, ensuring ultimate privacy and offering certain features not available to the other residents of the island. Features like mooring in the main marina and the option of getting your own private pool. All areas will be air-conditioned, all bathrooms will be en suite and as part of the outdoor lifestyle, each Villa also comes standard with barbecue facilities, a washing machine, dryer, oven and hob, a dishwasher and a fridge. And as a Villa owner, you also get your own Electrically Powered Vehicle (EPV) to get around the island.
